Project Summary
Hope through Housing Foundation needed a website that clearly communicated its mission, impact, and relationship to National CORE while standing on its own as a charitable foundation. I collaborated closely with foundation leadership and internal stakeholders to structure the site, write the core messaging, and design a clear narrative around impact.
The goal was to create a site that felt credible, warm, and purpose-driven, while making it easy for donors and partners to understand how the foundation supports residents through education, health, and wellness programs.
The Challenge
The foundation had a powerful mission, but it was difficult to quickly understand the scope of its impact and how its work translated into real outcomes for residents. Content needed to balance storytelling with data, align with National CORE’s broader brand, and speak to multiple audiences including donors, partners, and community members. At the same time, leadership wanted impact statistics presented in a way that felt human, not corporate or overwhelming.
The Solution
I worked directly with foundation leadership to refine the messaging and clarify how each program supports residents at different stages of life. I helped translate internal knowledge into clear, approachable website copy and collaborated with the foundation team to surface meaningful impact data. These statistics were woven into the site to support the story, not distract from it. The final structure focused on clarity, trust, and outcomes, supported by clean design and intuitive navigation.

The completed website clearly communicates Hope through Housing Foundation’s mission and measurable impact, making it easier for visitors to understand where support goes and why it matters. Impact statistics are now front and center, reinforcing credibility while remaining accessible and human.
